Most household and construction debris is fair game — a few things aren't. Here's the quick list before you load.
A roll-off handles the vast majority of household and construction debris — but a few things are off-limits for safety and landfill rules. Here's the quick rundown so your pickup goes smoothly. When in doubt, send us a photo and we'll tell you before you load it.
These are prohibited by landfill and safety rules — they can't go in any roll-off:
Most of these have free local drop-off or recycling options — ask and we'll point you to one.
We do take concrete, brick, and block — but because it's heavy, only up to half of a 12-yard load per rental. Please tell us when you book if your load includes concrete so we can plan for the weight. We don't haul dirt. Everything else goes in a standard rental, which includes 2 tons of disposal; over that it's $90/ton pro-rated, so watch the weight on shingles and tile.

Good to know
Yes — mattresses, couches, and general furniture are all fine in a roll-off.
Yes. The appliance fee is charged per appliance: $80 each for stoves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, wall ovens and water heaters, and $125 each for refrigerators, freezers and AC units, which also need the refrigerant (freon) professionally removed first. Small countertop appliances are free. Tell us how many when you book and we'll quote it up front.
Yes — in limited amounts. Because concrete is heavy, we cap it at half of a 12-yard load per rental; just tell us when you book if your load includes concrete. (We don't haul dirt.)
Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, solvents, oil, fuel), batteries, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, and refrigerant appliances that still have freon in them. Tires can't go in a regular load — tires found in a standard rental reclassify the whole load as mixed and it is billed at $420/ton, double the $210/ton tire rate, and we can take an all-tire load by arrangement.
